Prinzessinnengärten is a mobile urban garden at Moritzplatz in the heart of Berlin. It was launched 2009 on a site, which has been a wasteland for over half a century. Along with friends, activists and neighbours, the group Nomadisch Grün cleared away rubbish, built transportable organic vegetable plots and reaped the first fruits of their labour.
